What to expect

Drive Mileage Fee: $0.58 fee per drive mile beyond 60 miles (120 miles round-trip) from White Bear Lake, MN.
Overnight Lodging Fee: Going-rate lodging/hotel fee for locations 2 hours or more drive from my home in White Bear Lake, MN.
Out-of-State Travel Fees: Any location that requires a 3+ hour drive or a flight will be discussed at time of booking. Fees could include flight, hotel and meal costs.
I love traveling for weddings when I can, so please ask!

Within 24 hours of submitting your booking request I’ll reply to let you know if I can do it or to ask any follow-up scheduling questions.

Once your session is approved, I’ll send your customized proposal. Simply sign the contract and pay the invoice with a credit or debit card to complete your booking!

Payment in full is due 30 days before your wedding date.
If your Wedding is more than 30 days away, you benefit from my 2 payment schedule! $1,100 now, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your Wedding.
However, if you book an Elopement Package 50% is due now and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before your Elopement.
*The first payment is a non-refundable retainer fee.

Your Client Portal is an easily accessible hub where all of your files, session details and communications with me are stored. If you ever need to review your proposal, questionnaires, previous emails or want to share files (like photo inspirations), this is where it happens!

Once you’re booked, you get unlimited email access with me for planning. I’ll also send you a questionnaire right away to learn about your wedding day and get your ideas, so you get the experience and images you want!
Before your wedding day, I’ll email you a customized, easy to download/share PDF with all the photography details, shot schedule and instructions so your day runs smoothly and you can focus on having an amazing time!

Amount: My wedding packages don’t say a specific number of images because I give you all the best ones from your happy day!
The amount is based on your planned ‘shot list’, number of guests interacting, events of your day + candids.
It’s also based on the number of hours you’ve hired me for. The longer I’m with you, the more photos you’ll get!
When: About 10 weeks from your wedding day, you’ll receive all of the best photos from your day in your online gallery.

Not only does your online gallery allow for digital image storage for a year, high-resolution and web-size downloading, you also get access to ordering prints and creating physical products via my online store! With just a few clicks, you can have wall hangings, calendars, cards, albums, etc made for yourself and loved ones.
