• Where: Keller Regional Park in Maplewood, MN

• Group Size: Up to 6 people (add $25 for each extra person)

• Delivery: Your gallery will be ready with plenty of time to order holiday cards or prints

Why September?

I used to hold Fall Minis in October, but so many sessions ended up being cold, gloomy, sleeting and rainy. September just feels better—the kids are happier when they’re not freezing, the colors are starting to change, and the evenings have that gorgeous golden glow. It’s the sweet spot for cozy fall photos.

Tips to Make It Easy

• Clothing: Think soft, neutral tones or warm earthy colors that feel like fall. Layers (like sweaters, scarves, or jackets) add great texture in photos.

• Mindset: Don’t stress about the “perfect” pose. The magic happens in those in-between moments when you’re laughing, snuggling, or just being yourselves.

• For the kids: A snack or small treat for after the session can work wonders for keeping everyone happy.
